Career Progression: I joined the organization as Asst. Manager and promoted to the position of AGM – Finance. I am providing business analytics to assist Senior Management in formulating business strategies and strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational business objectives. Through my business advisory services, I am exploring profitable opportunities and reworking the business / finance models to achieve organisational and growth objectives; spearheading business process re-engineering initiativesOther responsibilities include:- Analyzing the detailed Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet - Providing treasury reports including Outstanding Borrowing Analysis by Loan Type/Lender and various other dimensions - Preparing various ad-hoc MIS In addition I am preparing the company’s financial forecast model, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow at consolidated and legal entity levels. I am also interfacing with the statutory auditors and internal auditors during their audit assignments.Some of the highlights of my role are:- Leveraged skills in preparing Detailed Business Plan for the company with inputs on Business Strategy, Product wise Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows and Capital Adequacy Ratio- Prepared business models under various scenarios for Capital Raising, Internal Management Analytics and Revised Estimates for the year- Developed Product wise Dashboard incorporating financial highlights for the month and its variance as against the Budget and Revised EstimatesI am analyzing the financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions and providing Dashboards on the company’s performance under various dimensions. I am also maintaining the financial system used to track plan, forecast and actual data on a monthly basis as well as assisting the team in finalisation and consolidation of the company financial statements on a quarterly basis.

During my associations I was facilitated as an integral part of a team, responsible for handling various assurance assignments including statutory audit, tax audit and review of controls and evaluation of clients’ risk assessment processes, spanning: - Statutory Audits: Software Companies, Bank Branches, Chemical Industries, Cotton Manufacturers, Exhibition Business, Super Market Business, Share Broking Business Houses, Forex & Financial Services Business and Non-profit Organizations- Internal Audits: Distillery Company, Manufacturers in Pumps, Manufacturers of Cooling Appliances In addition, I also provided management & consultancy services like drafting of Memorandum and Articles for formation of company and other related documents and drafting of partnership deed and preparation of project reports, financial information forming part of offer document in case of an initial public offer and consolidated financial statements in relation to various enterprises.
