Hi! My name is Shankar, and I am pursuing the Master of Behavioral and Decision Sciences (MBDS) program at UPenn. I specialize in applying data-driven insights to drive business operations and manage transformations. In my previous roles, I helped drive customer loyalty and sustained profitability, creating strategic roadmaps and executing projects that enhanced customer experience (CX).I'm interested in the intersection of behavioral science and strategy. While at school, I juggle multiple roles outside of coursework including consulting, research assistance, and program representative (student gov.), centered around a common theme of service and social impact. Outside of school, I serve and engage in non-profit. As a soccer coach and program supervisor at Street Soccer USA, I manage youth development programs for ages 5-17 in underserved communities.
