I’m a product management and marketing professional with experience working cross-functionally with technical teams (e.g., engineers, data scientists), business teams (e.g., sales, digital marketing, legal) as well as designers, UX researchers to build and scale products in B2B small business and enterprise space. I started my career as an engineer and over the years I have held roles in analytics, product marketing and product management helping me build a broad range of skills.Over the last 4 years, I have helped build out the Messenger Business Platform enabling our developer partners to build business messaging experiences for 1000s of businesses. Grew valuable API enabled messaging conversations by 25% YoY. - Identified a $$xB market opportunity for Business Initiated Messaging, led customer interviews and informed the MVP for Recurring Notifications. Recurring Notifications was launched at the 2022 Conversations conference and is growing rapidly. - Launched the very first Business Messaging Startup accelerator program identifying and mentoring 14 startups to build on Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram.- I led a 50+ team and drove the planning and execution of Messenger's presence at F8 2019 conference which included development of the keynote video, content for Messenger booth, crafting the narrative for the breakout sessions and recruitment of key partners (e.g., AirFrance, Spectrm) as speakers.- I led a program to drive adoption of Facebook Dynamics Ads resulting in $300M in incremental revenue/yr. - I was awarded the Intuit Marketing Star award twice by the Intuit CMO!
