• As Executive Secretary to Managing Director, providing secretarial support with scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, etc.
• Adept at handling day to day activities in co-ordination with internal / external departments for smooth business operations.
• Possess effective communication, interpersonal & problem solving skills with the ability to handle extremely busy / hectic schedules of M.D.
• Effectively coordinating between HODs and following up with them for the datas and reports required for M.D. office on daily, weekly, monthly, quaterly, half yearly and yearly basis.
• Preparing important/confidential reports as per the requirement.
