As a board member of YoungShip Rotterdam, I am involved in the organization of different networking events as well as other related tasks on behalf of the organization.

- Successfully represented and protected HMM's interests in The Alliance on operational matters, ensuring smooth vessel operations in the North Europe and Mediterranean regions.- Effectively coordinated and executed various contingency plans with The Alliance partners, ensuring clear communication among internal stakeholders.- Monitored and forecasted overall berth situations at 23 terminals across 12 European countries. Coordinated berth windows with container terminals and partners to mitigate berth congestion, conflicts, and long waiting times, resulting in fuel cost savings.- Maintained effective communication with alliance partners, container terminals, and vessel commands to maximize vessel utilization and prevent operational issues.

- Being main point of contact for UK & Nordic ports representing the Ocean Customer Logistics , aiming to improve the customer experience and Maersk service delivery.- Successfully achieved building strong working relationships with key stakeholders, like customers, feeder operators, container terminals and authorities.- Successfully handled discharge, transshipment, and load activities in close cooperation with Cargo execution 24/7, the Global service centers, and the commercial teams around the world.- Pro-actively Identified and ensured cost reductions & cost effectiveness in the cargo execution process for the services handled.- Ensuring no longstanding containers, re-nominations, and cargo no-shows. Identified and providing suggestions for continuous improvement possibilities.

- Coordinating and executing all cargo flows of import, export, transshipment and empty containers via Port of Rotterdam for deep sea and feeders within the agreeddeadlines.- Successfully optimizing the cargo routing in most efficient way. Always keeping MSC Geneva (HQ), local management informed of potential risks, opportunities, costs and also suggesting which would help in decision making process.- Ensuring flawless handling of daily operational tasks by coordinating with the internal and external stakeholders to provide highest quality service to our customers.- Successfully acting as the main point of contact for the Rotterdam deep sea terminals, central planners and MSC agencies around the world.- Ensuring the KPI's are met by checking the capacity and reporting the figures of MSC & 2M Services everyday to the HQ.- Provide load/discharge files to the terminals and central planners. Handle Terminal cargo cut-off and last minute changes proactively to ensure all the planned containers are loaded.- Actively participating in the project with the supervisor and operations manager for tracking the cargo flow and looking for potential opportunity for optimization and cost savings for feeder vessels.
