I recently earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Management & Marketing at Spartanburg Community College. I have been working as a Machine Operator at Partners Personnel since October 2023, where I operate and adjust machinery for optimal performance and safety.In my previous roles as an Operations Leader at FlexQube and a Team Lead at Thyssenkrupp, I gained valuable skills in attention to detail, multi-tasking, and process improvement. I helped to streamline the production processes, reduce waste, and increase inventory accuracy. I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams, and I am motivated by challenging and rewarding projects.
