As one of three managing principals of Christner, I oversee the operations of the firm – recruiting and developing talent, creating a collaborative work environment, and ensuring exceptional client service. Our leadership team advocates for innovation in technology and documentation in order to continually provide value for our clients, while staying at the forefront of design. In addition to my leadership role, serving as principal and planner for healthcare projects allows me to stay actively engaged in meaningful work with our clients. My experience spans from highly-technical Hybrid Cath Lab and 3t MRI projects to highly-sensitive Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Units. Beyond just creating a pleasant patient experience, my interest in lean process improvement makes efficiency of staff workflow a constant design consideration
