Associate Vice President, Individual GivingChildren'S Hospital Of Philadelphia Aug 2017 - Jan 2022Philadelphia, Pa, UsI provided strategic leadership and direction to a team of 45 across Individual Giving, which included Annual Giving, Major Gifts, Principal Gifts, Planned Giving, Regional Development, and Special Initiatives. And he remains a trusted mentor today. This was my first exposure to working in a $1 billion campaign and I led independent projects for the AVP, annual fund, major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, and more. This job changed my life and career, and set me on the path I'm on today.
