I help them strategically think through their contracted branding customizations and effectively roll out their new perks program. I meet with them to discuss their needs as an organization then use that information to help them customize and launch their program. At the same time I was running a homeschool tutorial, I decided to become an independent consultant with Usborne Books & More. My primary business was done online. I managed several facebook groups and built a "brand" for myself online. Social media management and promoting myself and the books was huge for success as a consultant. I would host parties in person and online to introduce people to our children's books. I worked with preschools and elementary schools to host book fairs where parents could come and purchase books. As I started my own personal homeschooling journey I found the need for a closer option for my family. I started my own campus and served as the director of a homeschool group called Classical Conversations. I found our meeting location, hired and trained all of our tutors, and helped families enroll in our program. Managed day to day operations of the tutorial, collected fees and managed our budget, paid the tutors and did quarterly trainings, purchased all supplies needed, attended national trainings on behalf of my campus.

Worked from home for the first time due to our first son being born. Helped Abenity get started as a company. I started out as a Local Store Marketing Coordinator servicing the largest regions of stores - the Southeast region encompassing our greatest number of store being in Tennessee and Texas. I worked with each store manager to promote their specific location. Managed advertising budgets given to each store location. Radio ads, newspaper ads, local store opportunities, in store events and more. Moved into a role as an Internet Marketing Coordinator for LifeWay Christian Stores. This role had me managing all online promotions for the stores. Mapping out email campaigns, managing the shopping website promotions, social media ads. Working with the various teams throughout LifeWay to implement our store strategies.

Was the General Manager of a local restaurant that had just expanded to Tennessee. Managed all hiring of employees, managed food ordering and replenishment. Did all training of hired employees. Was in charge of all promotions of the restaurant - coupons, ad placements, radio spots, and more.

I worked on and off for the San Diego Padres baseball team holding several positions for the team. I started as an intern in the Client Services department where I managed all client (sponsorship) contract execution. Being at every game, working with our sponsors on their promotions, giveaways, player signings, etc. I also worked at Spring Training managing player relations. I would set up the player housing, make ticket arrangements and booking for the players and various other duties as assinged. I also worked for KFMB radio in San Diego, the station who broadcast the Padres games. We would do all the pre-game tailgates in the parking lot, go to events with the players and represent the radio station. Lastly, I worked for Interactivate who managed the Padres website before MLB took them over. I helped lay out the website, site navigation, promotions, emails to fans and more.
