CurrentWe design and create student and graduate recognition pins for Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assisting, Dental Assisting, Surgical Technology, HVAC, Massage Therapy, Culinary Arts, Paralegal, Pharmacy Technician, Phlebotomy and many, many more.I work with Allied Heath and career path schools to increase student retention and motivation by rewarding them throughout their course of study. Our incentive program helps build rapport between the students and teachers and improve loyalty and commitment in completing their degree. I am highly motivated to work with schools to customize a plan for their specific needs in improving motivation and lowering the drop-rate. We have programs being used successfully at Concorde Career College, Florida Career College, and Virginia College as well as many other Higher Education schools across the country.
