Shanna Middleton graduated from Arizona State University’s Interior Design program in 2004. Since then she has owned and operated three businesses in the Raleigh/Cary area. From 2005 – 2014 she owned and operated "Designed to SOLD", a full-service Realty and Staging company where she renovated, staged, marketed, flipped and sold properties. In 2014 Middleton opened “One of a kind find and design” A unique custom furniture manufacturing, retail store offering interior design and a complete line of customizable furniture and decor. In 2018 Middleton opened "Middleton inc. a full service interior design firm specializing in remodeling and new construction projects. Middleton’s extensive background with interior design, project management, construction, house flipping, staging, real estate, graphic design, CAD, 3-D modeling/rendering, BIM, furniture and decor sourcing and furniture design/building, have uniquely positioned her to assist her clients with all of their interior design needs.
