I’ve been in the entertainment industry for 20 years, transitioning from a TV executive to a development consultant, speaker, screenwriter, and CEO of The Professional Pen, the first Black-owned script consultancy in Hollywood. I help production companies, studios, and networks streamline their development process, build diverse pipelines, and save time and money while elevating their storytelling.As a speaker, I share my expertise at colleges and universities, using screenwriting elements to teach life skills to students with big dreams.
