    Write a few grants a month to increase funds for the program. Research availability of grants for our area of focus. Successfully wrote and won a $50,000 grant from the Alcoa Foundation and many others. Follow up with past students who graduated from the course to document their progress. Process and track applications and maintain master schedule of all grant application and reporting deadlines. Developed and wrote a 4 week Job Training Course Curriculum for Anaheim residents and Shelter families. The Eli Home is a non-profit organization which shelters abused children and their mothers. ESCRI (East Street Community Renewal Initiative) was created as a project of the Eli Home. The main purpose of ESCRI is to offer free classes and resources to the East Street residents to improve the quality of life in this marginalized community.
