Successfully wrote and won a $50,000 grant from the Alcoa Foundation and many others. Follow up with past students who graduated from the course to document their progress. Process and track applications and maintain master schedule of all grant application and reporting deadlines. Developed and wrote a 4 week Job Training Course Curriculum for Anaheim residents and Shelter families. The Eli Home is a non-profit organization which shelters abused children and their mothers. ESCRI (East Street Community Renewal Initiative) was created as a project of the Eli Home. The main purpose of ESCRI is to offer free classes and resources to the East Street residents to improve the quality of life in this marginalized community. Responsibilities include teaching the job training course to classes of anywhere between 5 and 15 people in each course. Develop and implement training methods and extensively research on the internet to update the curriculum.

Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment covering skill sets mainly in Information Technology and some in Finance and Accounting. Responsible for managing up to 3 internal Recruiters as well as up to 4 offshore Recruiters. Manage Rose International's Southern California requisitions. Responsible for conferencing in on weekly client meetings and creating status reports for upper management. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party (H-1) placement agencies and preferred vendors. Source and qualify candidates for IT positions through job boards, referrals and through internal databases. Coordinate and conduct interviews for the selection process including telephone screening and scheduling candidate interviews with clients. Assess candidates through competency-based screenings, work history, education and salary expectations to meet all necessary criteria for hire. Establish and negotiate terms of contract with clients and consultants including pay rates, salaries, compensation packages, profit margins on contract and employee benefits. Coach and mentor candidates on interviewing preparation/techniques for interviews with clients. Extend offers to candidates on behalf of the client. Initiate background checks, check references, coordinate new hire paperwork and work directly with the client on establishing start date details.Continuously work with employed contractors throughout their project and assist them with any HR related issues. Train new recruiters on script generation, negotiation, resume formatting, client requirements and communication. Implemented an incentive-based employee management plan to increase productivity. Direct interaction with clients and hiring managers to manage current contractors, coordinate interviews and inquire about requisitions.

Managed customer credit report disputes involving the credit bureaus. Responsible for documenting the dispute on the account and researching if it is valid. Analyzed the customer’s account thoroughly for any payment discrepancies. Contacted all three credit bureaus by mail to make adjustments if there were no payment errors found. Informed the customer of the status regularly and was responsible for heavy documentation. Was also the key point of contact for all online inquiries regarding their vehicle accounts. Responsible for handling a high quantity of in-bound calls to manage the reconciliation of delinquent vehicle loan accounts. Trained and mentored new collections representatives and created training documentation. Documented and maintained accurate and pertinent information on customer accounts. Compiled and presented collections related reports to management. Documented the account on future payment arrangements. Investigated and resolved declined payments and returned checks, and performed credit checks.
