My role at HR Dynamics involves the project management of various types of 'HR Packages', working with clients to identify their HR needs and and create tailored and comprehensive HR solutions. This role involves coordinating the various works that are included within their package, including: - Determining award coverage and classifications and appropriate pay rates - Conducting wage, salary and roster reviews to ensure all Award requirements are met- Creation of tailored employment contracts that comply with Award requirements- Creation of Position Descriptions with clear success indicators - End-to-end recruitment processes- Performance management, performance review and disciplinary processes and support- An Employee Handbook of HR Policies and business-specific procedures - Reviewing and updating existing HR documentation such as employment contracts, policies and procedures- Providing professional advice on complex Employee Relations matters- Building relationships with clients and their HR skills- Prioritising and managing various clients needs to meet deadlines
