• Gather correct information from loan office to prepare for processing.• Input borrower/client information using Calyx Point/Doc Magic.• Prepare initial disclosures intent to proceed, loan estimate, etc.• Order appraisals.• Prepare closing documents for funding loan.

• Provide general administrative support to the managing partner’s and other team members.• Organize calendar and meetings.• Maintain inventory; stock kitchen and office supplies.• Scan and send critical/confidential documents to the appropriate managers.• Billing: generate, send out and follow-up on invoices.• Collect and allocate payments and maintain accounts receivable.• Organize and assemble tax returns.

• Lead generation and farming: cold calls, emails, open houses, door knocking, e-mail marketing.• Assist selling/buying team with client communication and follow-up.• Vendor coordination and listing preparation: cleaning, staging, painting, landscaping, etc.• Communicate with sellers in preparation for sale of home.• General administrative duties as needed.
