I manage all payroll procedures and processing for up to 500 employees across Canada and New England on a bi-weekly basis. Overseeing a team of 4, my role is to maintain accurate coding, procedures, ROE's, direct deposits, taxes, workers compensation, accrual journal entries and all year end forms and procedures for payroll in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and the US. Since implementing a Human Resource management system, I am overseeing onboarding and updating of over 1200 casual, part-time and full-time employees across Canada and the Eastern US.

In addition to general administrative duties, I processed payroll for 100+ hourly employees in a 24/7 environment. This included union, benefits, pension and assisting with onboarding.

Managed operations, accounting and administration of a hand-made jewelry manufacturing studio selling wholesale and retail across Canada and the US.
