As a Learning Management System (LMS) system administrator, I have had the opportunity to:-Configure LMS settings keeping the user experience at the forefront-Design and implement LMS sub-account structure to support the University’s needs and growth-Analyze the impact of changes to system settings, features and permissions before implementing-Consult with Records & Registration to clearly define and implement system permissions-Investigate and solve support requests regarding system access, functionality and technical issues-Work closely with Senior Database Engineer to solve data integration issues-Consult with faculty and staff to determine learning technology needs and investigate system features, plug-ins and LTIs to enhance the user experience-Train faculty, staff and students on how to use the LMS and synchronous technology

As an HR Associate at the Hershey Medical Center, in 2013 I participated in the selection process and successful implementation of Cornerstone on Demand in January 2014. By October of 2014, I entered the newly created position of Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator.As the LMS Coordinator, I had the opportunity to:-Assign organization-wide annual training-Coordinate assignments for several groups across the health system-Create custom pages to provide information on specific training topics-Redesign our LMS welcome page (with the help of our System Admin)-Develop and deliver in-person training for LMS admins-Create custom reports to give customers the data that they need, how they need itIn addition, I participated in weekly meetings to discuss incoming training requests from departments that did not have an LMS admin.  These types of requests varied from posting a material, to creating a curriculum, to transforming a PowerPoint presentation into an eLearning format, to developing training from scratch. I gained valuable experience by working with these customers. Initially I developed the training for the customer. Then I moved into more of a consultant role, meeting with the customers to assess their needs, connecting them with resources to develop their training and teaching them how to manage their training in the LMS.I enjoyed the opportunity to consult with different customers to help them figure out how the LMS could best meet their needs.
