I am a compliance and learning development consultant with over 7 years of experience in the transport and logistics sector. My expertise lie in providing bespoke training and e-learning experiences to improve internal and external compliance requirements of companies.Currently, I am working as the Learning, Competency & Capability Coordinator at Transport for NSW. In this role, I coordinate and develop training delivery plans and profiles for Learning and Development personnel to ensure ongoing regulatory requirements and upskilling needs are achieved.Previously, I served as the National Compliance and Training Development Manager at the Australian Furniture Removers Association (AFRA) for 4 years and 9 months. My responsibilities included designing and implementing an LMS, eLearning platform, organising training courses for all members and set costings and developing training and career development courses and programs as required to meet member requirements and development.I have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and continually strive to develop and implement training strategies that allow for mobility and scale to meet changing business needs.
