Start new position 11/1

Supervise the daily operation of 2 DDS CRS Homes. Contact with DDS Case Mgrs, guardians/parents and other outside agencies. Direct supervision of Leads and CSC staff. Ensure all DDS Regulations and Agency Policy & Procedures are adhered to by staff. Ensure the health, safety and financial well-being of all individuals are protected properly as per agency guidelines/protocols. Provide adequate training as needed per site specific/annually as per agency protocol. Ensure all DDS and agency medication administration policies followed and all nursing directives followed. Discipline as needed, to ensure retraining in areas of safety, professionalism, agency policies, medical, and administrative. And anything else as directed by my direct supervisor, the CSI/ILFS Assistant Director a/o Director.
