AV Experience - Next-Gen Vehicle Platform- Collaborated with product leaders and UX research to deliver 24 sets of product requirements and 35 workflows for a multi-billion dollar vehicle platform, validated through rapid prototyping and concept testing. -Led multi-modal design, prototyping and research focused on accessibility, including in-field testing with a range of participants with disabilities.- Defined Motional’s strategy for first responder interactions with autonomous vehicles. Led sprints to de-risk hardware decisions, document system flows, and define operating procedures that balance company and community objectives.- Served as Motional’s product representative to revise to the Automated Vehicle Safety Consortium (AVSC) industry best practices for first responder interaction. Published April 2024.- Documented and defined solutions for key non-rider interaction use cases that were highlighted in the CES announcement of the next-gen vehicle platform.

Smart Home UX Lead- Partnered with the CTO to build a ‘clean when I’m away’ feature that sends Roomba to clean when the user leaves and stops it when they return home. Led collaboration with engineering, visual design, and UX research through the agile process to develop robot behaviors, in-app flows and messaging that resulted in the feature being enabled by over 200k customers over its first 9 months. - Collaborated with Amazon to design a ‘Camera Zones’ feature that allowed Alexa users to view specific areas in their home through Roomba’s camera. Led the UX process from early concept testing through research, prototyping, development and launch. - Created in-app messaging campaigns that grew voice assistant connections by over 700% over 2 years.- Co-lead research for over 20 studies with across diverse scopes from exploratory research to usability testing.- Developed Smart Home UX strategy and roadmap, presented to the executive leadership team. - Named as an inventor on two filed patents.

- Part of the founding team of UX designers to define the scope, roles, and mission guidelines for teleoperation of Iris Rover. This initial design work laid the foundation to enable Carnegie Mellon's Mission Control.- Designed the image editing software that would be used by the ground operations team to teleoperate the first ever student built, private lunar rover.Iris launched in January 2024, and the work put into designing mission control will carry over to the next generation of CMU lunar robots.

- Worked with lead designer to create user flows for a mobile application to be shared with clients for development- Learned basic skills in Blender to create assets used in AR applications

- Developed wireframes and prototypes of the user interface of an application used for facilities management and tracking. Worked with external engineering partners at the app development agency.- Created presentations and documentation of our app designs to be presented to clients- Collaborated with product lead to re-design landing page of website

- Managed orders and shipments of fine art prints: redesigned the inventory and order tracking system to be more efficient for other co-workers to jump into the preparation process and quickly find the status and next steps to fulfill the orders.- Managed and updated the back end website flow to include the re-designed inventory and order process for small batch fine art prints.- Incorporated process for delivery and final checks on original and commissioned works into the website and tracking system.
