I handle all aspects of the fire alarm systems process from prospective customers to system completion. My extensive EST knowledge along with industry experience have found a home here. Working once again on the basics of process and procedure development we are streamlining what we do to make what we do more efficient and consistent. Producing a better system to provide customers with top notch service and solutions to all their needs.

I started as a technician doing service and small installs as time passed and I was able to grow with the company I took on many other duties. I developed process and procedures for many aspects of the fire alarm business. From archiving systems of site specific software to documentation and training of subcontractors. Then I made the move to account management and focused on service sales. I developed a multi tiered service contract system for code required service with additional services for budgeting and hassle free system management.

I worked mostly on servicing fire alarm systems here. Troubleshooting faults and replacing damaged components in various sized systems from high rise condominium buildings to small conventional systems. Fire alarm control panel termination and programming with final testing along side the fire marshal rounded out the majority of my responsibilities.
