Drafted documents including non-disclosure agreements, intercompany notes and parent guaranties, among other legal correspondence. Managed restricted party screening and trade compliance through AEB and NAVEX. Worked with Assistant General Counsel, Securities to develop and maintain company trade sanctions program. Trained student interns and new members of the team in data visualization techniques. Worked with corporate, regional and outside counsel in term loan, asset backed loan and senior notes financings. Maintained corporate legal documents on SharePoint, the Pramata contract intelligence system and internal share drives. Kept company book updated with new subsidiaries, directors and officers and other relevant information. Assisted in document authentication as a notary with familiarity with the apostille and other authentication requirements. Maintained internal confidentiality project knowledge group lists. Compiled regional and corporate updates into quarterly department reports.
