Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 pm - 5:00 am with occasional weekends Job Duties and Responsibilities:§ Supervises assigned maintenance department employees within the Plant.§ Responsible for daily maintenance activities and reliable operation of Plant equipment.§ Responsible for maintaining and administering Plant Preventive Maintenance Program.§ Food safety and regulatory responsibilities, and responsible for meeting the requirements of the SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing, and shall report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.§ Responsible for staffing and maintaining spare parts inventory store room.§ Ensure safe work practices of maintenance employees and that OEM safe work practices are followed.§ Facilitate transition of Engineering Projects to Operations.§ Resolve equipment breakdown issues in a timely manner.§ Responsible for maintaining appropriate files for regulatory and environmental compliance.§ Supervise housekeeping issues for department.§ Work with various equipment manufacturers to become knowledgeable of all equipment within the facility.§ Other duties and tasks when necessary
