About Shannon Doherty

I have been in the nursery industry for five years, focusing on Integrated Pest Management and growing in our annual flower and vegetable program. I scout for pests and diseases across the farm, and release/monitor biocontrol agents in our annual flower house. I collect the insect/mite data and incorporate into Excel graphs for visual representation. During our spring season, I assist in our on-site Garden Center and educate our customers with any gardening or plant inquiries. When not on the farm, I am a traditional Air Force Reservist working in the cyber field. My experiences and skills include CompTIA Security+, system administration, Active Directory, Microsoft Configuration Management Console, Unix, Linux OS, and server maintenance.
