With over seven years of experience at Eaton, a global power management company, I have transitioned from a Project Engineer role to a Talent Acquisition Consultant and now a Senior Talent Analyst. In my current role, I leverage my engineering background, marketing communications skills, and Spanish language proficiency to develop and execute talent attraction and retention strategies for Eaton's diverse and inclusive workforce. I partner with business leaders, hiring managers, HR teams, and external agencies to identify, assess, and hire top talent for various production roles across the Americas region. I also design and implement marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and employer branding activities to showcase Eaton's culture, values, and opportunities.
