I am the type of person who will confront situations head-on and labor tirelessly to solve them. To do this I will devote my full attention to my given tasks and challenges with extreme diligence, persistence, and concentration until the task is finished or the problem is solved. In group meetings, I can clearly and fully express my thoughts on problems and will supply ways to solve them, being especially adept at identifying possible problems in projects or methods used to complete projects. I am easily intrigued by new projects and relish the opportunity to learn new skills and knowledge necessary to rise to the challenge to new tasks. Throughout everything, I am a very levelheaded person who is driven by facts, weighing the pros and cons of every situation from an outside viewpoint and choose the most logical path rather than making decisions through emotions in the moment. Knowing this about myself, I know that to be successful, I work best in an environment that will plenty of opportunities to learn new things and explore new projects. I work best on logical problems and with a team who is not limited in out of the box thinking and solutions. I like to thoroughly think through problems in order to choose the best solution presented by the facts available. I always gravitate towards new challenges and problems that require me to challenge my way of thinking and reach new heights for myself and my team.
