I assisted the HR Director with on-boarding & off-boarding procedures and processed employee benefits and 401K plan changes. Additionally, I researched various Training and Development strategies, as HR looked to improve that sector of the company. I presented my findings on the importance of responding to company reviews on Glassdoor to the Head of HR and the Head of Recruiting.

My responsibilities as a Corporate Affairs intern were wide-ranging - from assisting with the design and creation of a communication proposal, to composing social media posts for clients. I also analyzed personal finance news coverage for clients, contacted journalists and reorganized media lists. I assisted with the organization of a conference for an International law firm.
