I work along side the management team and staff to ensure industry benchmarks are being met as a group, and individually. I assist with the employee hiring process, and ensure the onboard process is positive and supported by the dealership staff to properly train the new hire. I stay current on prospective vehicle buyers are shopping and what kind of service they respond to best. Best of all, I learn from my colleagues along the way to make the most out of our goal overall.
