My role purpose was to own and deliver agreed distribution, visibility, availability and volume sales of Nestlé Confectionery products. Working within the Southern Region team, I had the responsibility for approximately 200 accounts across Norfolk and Suffolk. In this target driven role, I promoted Nestlé Confectionary Singles within independent and key symbol stores, through volume sales and distribution, growing prime business beyond the 70% KPI. Through ensuring implementation of Nestlé's Pay & Display scheme, I maximised sell-through of Nestlé, consistently exceeding targets by educating the retailers on the advantages of sales solutions at the point of purchase, as well as building a strong rapport. I developed strong working relationships with Retailers and wholesalers, and managed all funds and assets supplied to the territory.I was chosen as the Southern Region Premier Account Champion, working with the National Account Managers and Premier Head Office. Coordinating in-store promotions to ensure they align with the Nestlé- Premier contract and achieving the regional compliance KPI of 80%. The research took a great deal of hard-work and determination as the tasks were lengthy, sorting through thousands of corpus data.
