Ensures business and performance architecture data is captured within the EA repository… Show more Leads the development and maintenance of the TSA Business and Performance Architectures; collaborates with TSA lines of business (LOBs) mission/business SMEs to document and consolidate the business capabilities/activities, organizational interfaces, high-level mission threads, information exchanges, and performance measures into enterprise artifacts for mission/business transparency and decision-making. Ensures business and performance architecture data is captured within the EA repository and aligned to the TSA strategic goals/objectives and other architectural domains (systems/applications, data, security, and network). Conducts analysis to identify organizational gaps and redundancies. Analyzes the alignment of people, processes and technologies, pinpoints inefficiencies, and makes recommendations to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the business/mission. Briefs senior leadership and stakeholders on the benefits and status of the TSA EA and Business Architecture. Provides subject matter expertise to TSA Programs to identify gaps and redundancies in business/mission capabilities. Conducts assessment of EA Program Maturity using the Government Accountability Office (GAO) Enterprise Architecture Maturity Model Framework (EAMMF), reports maturity score to DHS, and provides EA program gap analysis to clearly define tasks to increase EA program maturity.
