My goal is to pursue a career in the media and entertainment industry, where I can use my communication, content creation, and guest service skills to create memorable experiences and stories for a wide range of audiences. I am passionate about learning new things, collaborating with others, and delivering quality work. As a Digital Platforms Assistant at Quinnipiac University, I develop online stories for the university's website and social media channels, monitor marketing content distribution, and oversee event marketing communications projects. I leverage my BA in Communications and my content creation skills to generate creative and relevant content for the university's audience.I am also a Fenway Ambassador under the Fan Services & Entertainment department of the Boston Red Sox, where I engage with fans, assist with ceremonies and live events, and create goodie bags for various occasions. I have received multiple recognitions from leaders, coworkers, and guests for creating magical moments and demonstrating exceptional guest service and multitasking in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Additionally, I am a Disney College Program alumni, where I worked as a Merchandise Cast Member at Disney's Riviera Resort. I mastered the "Five Keys" of the Walt Disney Company; Safety, Courtesy, Show, Efficiency, and Inclusion, and applied them to every interaction with guests and coworkers. I also gained valuable guest relations skills and learned how to handle diverse situations and requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
