As required, assist with market research, Performance Work Statements, Independent Government Estimates, and contract modification document development. Coordinate directly with each BCO location to clarify or correct submitted information to ensure final ITPR/SRRB submission accuracy. Respond to questions from NAVIFOR and provide each BCO copies of final, approved documentation to support essential contract execution. Results are measured in terms of supervisor's review of documents/procedures for accuracy and adherence to command policy. Perform research and coordinate information collection with all CONUS/OCONUS BCO locations to develop essential data sheets used to effectively manage the BCO program. Data sheet development requires significant coordination with each BCO location to ensure all site information is comprehensive and accurate. Regional BCO data sheets include; BCO personnel contact information, telephone switch variants, voice mail variants, Telephone Management System variants, and total users on each. Will serve as the LANT AOR Navy Corporate Voice Data Base (NCVDB) coordinator and will ensure accuracy of all BCO locations information, in the system, and coordinate annual revalidation and update of the NVCDB data. Serve as division lead for DISA Systems Network Approval Process (SNAP) lead; support all BCO sites to uploading data base information and coordinate periodic data base validations. Results will be measured in terms of supervisor's review of documents/procedures for accuracy and adherence to command policy. -
