•Manage supply requirements with Asia manufacturing partners for our connected fitness products by creating weekly Supply Plan and building appropriate Inventory levels to fully support demand in multiple regions countries. •Supported multiple vendors at a time in production planning and procurement of product including spare parts, consoles, and fitness products•Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sourcing, Product, Logistics) and external suppliers to ensure our manufacturing partners meet our requirements and growth plan•Conduct weekly S&OP while collaborating with manufacturers, sales, and executive management to improve the structure of the weekly meetings and align to our KPIs•Partner with business teams to define planning strategy for NPI and go to market inventory strategies•Provide analysis and scenario plans to support S&OP process, and articulate recommendations to supply chain leadership team highlighting service, Inventory and Logistic cost impact and tradeoffs

• Actively engage with acquisition subsidiaries to align supply chain processes and improve metrics inter company• Lead project management tasks in regards to international supply chain integration, while traveling to train employees on best practices• On Board and train new employees in the Supply Chain Planning and Analysis department to help maintain an efficient and growing environment • Execute proper demand planning strategies as established by management to work with the inventory supply strategy• Utilize Microsoft SQL database to manipulate and analyze raw data in order to identify exceptions• Work directly with sales, business units, customers and supply planning to efficiently analyze and establish accurate planning strategies• Serve as the primary contact between Supply Chain Planning and assigned Business Unit for all day to day forecast and safety stock issues• Lead projects related to inventory strategy across product families, and item transitions• Drive forecasts accuracy improvements through root cause analysis, collaboration and process improvements• Run Demand Plan consensus meetings with Sales, Product Management and Marketing to insure that Promotions, New Product Introduction and other Market trends are accurately planned• Manage demand plan on phase out / phase in items, suggest cutover dates that minimize inventory exposure and maintain service levels during transitions• Maintain and increase service levels for assigned Business Unit • Communicate with manufacturing plants to ensure that New Product Introduction is up to date and running according to plan• Create and Maintain department reports to better analyze customer demand data to enable team to forecast appropriately • Work in Demantra forecasting model of Oracle to monitor and change forecasts due to demand changes and market information• Manage Safety Stock levels for assigned Business Unit by utilizing demand history and meeting with Product Managers

-Receives input from manufacturing on capacity constraints and limitations to schedule efficiently -Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions -Develops, updates, negotiates and plans Finished good production plans consistent with customer service -Confers with department supervisors to determine status of all work orders /batches-Develops and maintains Bulk Tactical planning tool for continuous production plant-Work closely with other departments to begin implementing Interim Planning tools- Allocate bulk components to Contract packaging facilities to efficiently adhere to production plan- Manage Vendor inventory levels

•Analyzes inventory levels and determines optimum order amounts•Issues purchase orders while managing min and max inventory levels•Sets up inventory items, reorder levels and item initiation determining if item should be stock or non-stock•Communicates with the distribution department regarding proper receiving, special handling, damaged goods, shipment overages and shortages, and all other relevant issues and determines resolution of these problematic situations•Processes purchase orders for replenishment, special buys and promotions for inventory items as assigned•Maintains accurate and timely data in the inventory item database•Develops and maintains excellent working relationships with vendor representatives•Monitors inventory levels for overstock inventory and balanced inventory to remain as lean as possible•Relations with international suppliers to better manage purchases for to ocean and air shipments•Update information and work with Regulatory on FDA/ Customs situations•Work with Transportation department on cost savings to better transport international goods
