Managing employee relations for the Accommodation Based Services side of the charity. Providing day to day HR support and enforcing/auditing policies and procedures.

Assisting our HR Manager with HR support across the charity:- undertaking HR minutes- overseeing and logging of sickness absence during a pandemic.
