Directed intelligence support for the WHMO Continuity of Government (COG), Continuity of Operations (COOP) and resiliency planning, to include contingency communications and special access programs (SAP). Provided operational and strategic level analysis, ensured continuity mission able to meet requirements prescribed in Presidential policy. Coordinated intelligence support to address supply chain and operational security (OPSEC) vulnerabilities. Integrated with cyber defense analysts to ensure threat information applied to all affected IT and communication systems. Organized and executed training and evaluation activities, exercising COG, COOP and national-level resiliency plans. Led intelligence support for Executive Airlift Fleet. Sole analyst assigned to Presidential airborne missions. Coordinated intelligence support and drafted intelligence assessments for Air Force One missions to Iraq and Afghanistan, spanning two Presidential administrations. Assisted with airfield selection and itinerary, based on analysis of threat environment. Conducted training for aircrew and support teams on adversarial capabilities. Researched and tasked requests for information (RFI) and ensured results were clearly articulated. Established relationships throughout the DoD and intelligence communities to increase intelligence support to Air Force One mission, serving as mission planning interface between intelligence organizations, Combatant and Major Commands (COCOM/MAJCOM) and White House planners. Primary design/acquisition lead of $4 million multi-level security classification communications system and associated unique radio and antenna equipment. Led multi-year effort to upgrade communications networks and systems; acquired and implemented JWICS and SIPRNET systems into operations center; conducted training on new systems.
