Provide direct support to C-Level executives of ownership/management. Assist in compiling information for presentations including, but not limited to working in programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Responsible for booking travel arrangements for all corporate staff including air, car, hotel and train. Travel consisted of both domestic and international locations. Also responsible for coordinating needed travel documents (passports and visas) as needed for countries traveled to. Work directly with executives to ensure proper scheduling on Outlook calendars and of various meetings. Assist in working with customers who reach out to the office of the president and/or owner. Work with customer service to obtain an amenable resolution.Maintain orders for ongoing supplies (i.e. copy paper, printer toner, etc.) and stand alone orders as needed.
