Nimbo was acquired by Equinix in January 2015. During the two year duration our team was transitioned through several leadership teams and strategic directions. I continued collaboratively managing a team of 30, including 4 Project Manager direct reports, to provide highly technical cloud migration and enablement professional services, while additionally integrating our systems into the Equinix brand. Continuing responsibilities included:- Weekly tracking and reporting on key service metrics, as well as trend analysis and projections- Management of professional service resource planning and assignments- Contract drafting, review and editing- Developing plans and leading strategic initiatives surrounding new service offerings to match Equinix product offerings- Developing plans and leading integration of operating systems and processes due to acquisition- Focus on maintenance of team culture throughout acquisition merge- Continued iterative delivery process improvements based on data analysis to best serve our customers!

In parallel while growing into leadership positions, I continued to back-up and supplement my team in the service delivery project manager role when schedules deemed it necessary.As a Nimbo/ Equinix Project Manager I:-Worked with clients both in person and remotely as needed to identify requirements and develop project schedule and milestones. -Worked with Nimbo technical team members to deliver on schedule and on budget, including regular client reporting and communication. Also focused on identifying, driving mitigation, and reporting on both technical and overall project risks as they arise. Nimbo projects focus on migration of applications and/or infrastructure from an on-premise solution to a cloud host. I have also lead complex integration projects utilizing Microsoft's BizTalk platform.

My peers voted for me to take on this promotion during our annual strategy session. I was also awarded a position on the 'CRN Women of the Channel' Annual List for contributing to channel integration through our project efforts!In this position I tackled:- Collaboratively managing a team of 30 with 4-6 direct reports including the Project Managers, Partnership Manager, and Marketing team members.- Continued responsibilities as listed below

While working in this role, Nimbo was awarded position #480 on the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies of 2014! I contributed directly to the success of this growth by developing and championing company processes to minimize chaos and maintain customer quality while the delivery team size and annual revenues doubled. This role specifically included:- Collaboratively managing a team of 20-30 with 1-3 direct reports.- Weekly tracking and reporting on key service metrics as well as identifying and illustrating trends and projections for the upcoming quarters and 6 month period.- Working closely with executive team to transfer quarterly goals and strategies into executable plans, including driving the execution of these.- Set up operations processes and actively managing adoption to most effectively use resources as team size tripled over the past year. Specific processes include: task management and assignment, client project delivery structure from inception of lead to project closure, project budget tracking, and information flow/ collaboration methods for teams not co-located. Focusing on continual improvements to use information flow to quickly and efficiently capitalize on opportunities!

Project Manager leading remote terminal development teams for satellite modems. This includes HW (PCBA & Mechanicals) life cycle development as well as SW/ FW development life cycle projects running simultaneously. Focus on project management through Stage-Gate life cycle including project inititation & schedule development, resource allocation and weekly hour approval, scope & schedule monitoring, risk management, and continual presentation & reporting on project status to upper management.

Managed all technical aspects of team integration between Swiss & U.S. machine assembly teams to one location in Czech Republic.

Planned & executed project plan to raise assembly quality and machine performance from the 60th to the 90th percentile over a 6-month period. Composed full technical project report to regain business unit confidence.

Performed daily maintenance and provided testing support for 3 degree of freedom robotic mule in development testing.

Researched, designed, and built a prototype of a visible and infrared light reflection device to be used in science centers as an aid to teach students about infrared light.
