As a Realtor®, I have provided clients with real estate services that aim to make buying/selling a property as smooth as possible so that they gain the best property for them and the best possible financial benefit. With my experience in the market, they may tap my knowledge of the market and the process, know where potential, unexpected pot holes may hide that might cost them in more ways than just money. My job is multi-layered, requiring me to both understand what my clients' desire most and to help them obtain it. That takes knowledge of the real estate market and its shoulder industries and great communication skills. I must listen to learn what my clients want most and communicate it clearly in a professional manner to other real estate agents which, in turn, will create a smooth transaction for my clients, pot hole free, from beginning to end.
