Working with stores to update and better our ways of working. Working closely with management and colleagues to teach new skills and processes within the company. Parkhead store completed, and currently working with Sauchiehall Street.Originally a management role, however I was chosen as a supervisor to help lead my store into change.

The first point of call for any problems or help needed in store. There to support colleagues and carry out daily tasks and audible checks.During this role I was chosen to be trained on Cash Office duties. The individuals who are able to complete the cash office duties are limited, as 90% of management are untrained in this role.
