Over twenty years of management and leadership experience. I’ve had the pleasure of leading, developing, and training small teams of 20 people, as well as hundreds over a short period. I have worked my way from a Team Leader, Training Manager, Production Supervisor, Production Manager, Production Superintendent, Plant Trainer, and Entry level HR Generalist, in many facets of manufacturing. Familiarity with IATF and ISO 14001, strong working knowledge of the five core tools that ensure quality integrity, SPC, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and MSA. Familiar with control plans to troubleshoot quality issues and production issues. I am a quick learner, ambitious, passionate about my career path, and goal-oriented. I can build strong solid teams, as well as train and develop teams.
