Lead Design & Project Manager on an awarded tax credit affordable multi-family development in Lakewood, Sage Corner. •Engaged in conceptual site and building design. •Worked closely with property owners and management team as well as neighboring communities to strategize design solutions. •Lead design on building layout, residential unit floor plans, resident amenity floor plan design, and exterior elevation designs. •Worked through city process for planning submissions and building department submissions. •Generated SD, DD, and CD documents, as well as conceptual project renderings and graphics. •Attended regular OAC meetings and site visits during constructions. •Performed construction administration duties throughout construction process, including RFIs, submittals, and field observation reports.
