Founded in 2007. The Passion for Life Organization is a Non-Profit Organization that benefits U of M C.S. Mott Children's Hospital and a local inspirational family. We have been rated as one of the top "Best/Top charity runs in the Midwest"​ for the past seventeen (17) years. We have raised over a half a million dollars in the last nine years for our inspirational families, U of M C.S. Mott Children's Hospital, DMC Children's Hospital & the Passion for Life Organization all while doubling our participants each year. www.Passion-for-Life.org • Arranged, organized & executed an annual 5k run/walk & 5 mile run• Established external partnerships which evolved into cross promotion opportunities with surrounding businesses within the Metro Detroit area• Submitted all necessary proposals essential to acquiring endorsements from each of the cities, counties, and municipalities in order to receive approval for each event.• Nurtured sponsorship opportunities for small and corporate businesses seeking opportunity for involvement. (Approx. $21,000 - $25,000 obtained each year) • Highly effective in networking with companies, magazines, news stations & newspapers in the Metro Detroit area. • Advanced public appearance by the use of digital marketing / social networking (AdWords, Facebook, & Twitter)• Managed the creation and production of marketing materials for each event, through the use of banners, billboards, and Every Day Direct mailers (EDDM)• Supervised and directed over one hundred volunteers guiding each event into a successful conclusion.• Increased each facet of the non-profit organization through each year attaining more sponsorship's and participant attendance; turning the event into the largest charity run in the Midwest.

- Responsible for the management of the P-CCS Special Education ASD Program Office & Adult (GOALS) Program Office. - Coordinate interviews and performs reference checks on candidates- Monitors both departments budgets for the fiscal year & assumes responsibility for tracking budget line items- Proficient in SMART XL, Google Docs, MiStar and SMORE Platforms - Handles all timesheets and enters payroll for over 35+ employee’s- Handles student pupil accounting reports to the State of Michigan- Monitors inventory and handles all ordering for each program - Responsible for coordinating all events including field trips for each program & it’s accounting- Prepares & submits for all requisitions, check requests, and purchase orders- Provides support to the Director and staff of each program as well as all parent & student needs - Maintains all student’s confidentiality files & prepares confidential personnel evaluations
