I have been with Cyclone Computer Company (Auckland Office) for over 23 years now. Previous roles within Cyclone include customer services for tertiary and schools, BYOD Management and website content management. My role is in Software Procurement and Software Licensing for key tertiary customers managing their license renewals, software purchases and supporting their technical department with licensing obstacles. The aspects of this role that I strive in are with maintaining customer and vendor relationships to ensure my customers software requirements are kept up to up to date and transitioned smoothly to minimise downtime. I am also the Customer Success Team Leader managing a team of 12 in our Internal Sales Team
