She started in marketing as a communication and brand strategy coordinator before holding many roles ranging from content strategy to supporting and leading key digital products such as ecommerce, client account management tools and public-facing digital solutions. Through her tenure she has cultivated a skillset that marries technical proficiency, consumer needs, and business transformation that drives her desire for continuous learning. Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from St Cloud State University. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
