My duties include managing up to 28 branches at a time. I am responsible for the profitability of the branches, the inventory, the people, and the employees' delivery routes. I also help grow each of the branches by calling/visiting potential new customers. I have been involved in multiple integrations (i.e., purchasing other battery companies and merging their employees and practices with our employees and practices).
