Developing and maintaining a technical relationship between factory personnel and automation systems development teams across multiple geographies (including India, Malaysia, Costa Rica) in order to deliver novel and effective solutions to a multitude of manufacturing challenges. Handling the development and implementation of manufacturing solutions ranging from software support applications to data analysis and factory metric reporting with minimal supervision through prioritization of objectives in a dynamic environment where goals and focus can change rapidly.Authoring of support and training documentation for new automation system capabilities to ensure consistency and quality of our substrate fabrication process post-release including policy overviews as well as step-by-step procedure specifications.Developing and maintaining the database systems that extract and analyze all recorded automated transactions in our factory's semi-conductor/substrate manufacturing process and to then use the resulting data to generate a vast array of reports that provide factory personnel and engineering teams the pertinent information they need to effectively address issues and move product to the end of its flow.Leading organization-wide training/demo sessions when introducing new application solutions to both demonstrate system capabilities as well as solicit feedback from users on any improvements that could be made to ensure we are delivering the functionality required for all day-to-day tasks the application was designed for.Providing technical support in addressing a wide-range of factory incidents and system issues in real-time by working with teams across multiple areas in order to effectively identify root-cause of problems and direct the correct course of action to be taken to resolve in a timely manner.

Work on developing factory systems for Intel's Substrate Packaging Technology Development Fabs. Coordinate with personnel responsible for moving material through processing operations, as well as in and out of the factory, to establish procedures that enable quality and timely output for reliable data turns on the next generation of semiconductor substrate technology. Interface with Automation, Planning, Integration, and Operations personnel on a daily basis to keep the factory running optimally.

Work directly with Factory Operations, Production Integration, and New Product Integration teams to facilitate building of production and R&D materials in addition to providing support for engineers and technicians factory wide.
