Responsible for daily, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls for over 108 accounting clients as well calculating timesheets, bonus, garnishments, 401k contributions and miscellaneous deductions. Assisting employers with HR questions relating to hiring, terminations, temporary workers or working interviews. As well as setting up new company policies that are in compliance with the State of California Labor Laws. New Hire orientation, offer letters, sign on incentives and reporting of New Hires to state levels Develop reports as needed for other departments based on needs of information required such as general ledgers. All quarterly and year end processing required by Federal and State law as well as W2 and 1099’s. Year 2015 processed 873 W2’s and 149-1099’s. Year 2014 processed 715 W2’s and 104-1099’s. Able to multi task and insuring quality of work in a fast pace work environment. Daily functions that include but not limited to working with vendors to order supplies, process payments, organizing and implementing new policies and procedures as the need arises Oversee and maintain our company health insurance policy such as medical and dental coverage. Research yearly for available health plans that are affordable and up to standards for our employees. Work with outside agencies to provide necessary information for workers compensation policy’s, group insurance premiums and assist on special needs required by our clients in the operations of their business. Attend monthly meetings and seminars to collect up to date information on changes that affect all aspects of human resources/payroll as well as accounting information that may affect our department. Oversee a staff of three during peak seasons. Ensures they are up to date in policies as well as productivity. Off peak season I have 1 full time employee.

Responsible for all facets of payroll processing for multi clients. experience in human resource processing from new hire to terminations. Health care benefit audits, workers comp audits, 401k payments and processes. General office ordering supplies etc.
