Timely preparation of financial statements.Prepare and analyze WIP reports. Work with auditors on year-end audit.Monitor accounts receivable and initiate collection calls and correspondence reducing our average days past due. Perform journal entries including accruals, depreciation and amortization. Compile equipment, truck and tool records. Obtain any necessary funding. Compile and track capital lease and operating lease schedules.Create amortization schedules.Establish and maintain working relationships with bank executives and other financial partners. Prepare monthly and quarterly taxes including Sales and use, B&O, SUI, L&I, 940/941 and state and federal audits.Monitor, evaluate and respond to Labor and Industry and unemployment claims. Maintain the general ledger and perform account analysis and reconciliations.Set-up new employees and ensure proper paperwork is prepared. Prepare payroll. Respond to wage assignments and garnishments.Review bank accounts and prepare cash flow statements. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations. Analyze and control the company’s line of credit. Prepare Borrowing Base Certificates for line of credit. Conduct monthly finance and superintendent meetings to ensure jobs are staying under budget and on schedule.Prepare certified payroll reports.
