Vice President of Operations at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. (CZR) working with a portfolio of casino resorts in Council Bluffs, Kansas City, Waterloo, Bettendorf and Boonville. Responsibilities include analytics, operational reviews, budgeting, capital planning and financial reporting.

-Responsibility Region: Las Vegas, Tahoe, Reno & Laughlin-Partner with Senior Leaders to identify and prioritize business opportunities and properly allocate resources against them-Conceptualize, conduct, and lead analyses to help the business improve profitability, operational processes, and customer service-Assist business partners in developing their strategies and key initiatives-Design and deliver reporting for operating departments to provide senior leaders visibility into trends and business performance drivers

-Building capabilities throughout the market to improve processes, drive efficiencies and create measurable financial returns including over $1M in financial returns and 12 closed projects to date-Executing projects which showed drastic improvement to employee engagement and customer service scores-Serving as a member of the property Senior Management team to drive support, buy-in, and promote transparency-First in the company to become a Caesars certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt-2016 Company-Wide Improvement Award, recognizing the top performing Black Belt at Caesars Entertainment

-Partner with pod loyalty marketing leaders to provide analytic input to decisions and evaluation of marketing effectiveness.-Develop these relationships to ensure an analytic approach is taken in building proformas, revenue plans and marketing calendars. -Serve as a local point of contact and support for pod teams for analysis of direct marketing offers and programs. -Provide strategic insights and manage day-to-day on-site marketing program analysis support for pod.

-Performing consulting services for public entities within the areas of; budgeting and financial planning, operational reviews and reform, workforce analysis, governmental consolidation and shared services, revenue maximization, program analysis and decision-making-Primary Projects; fee and cost recovery studies for the Cities of Austin Texas and Cleveland Ohio, budgetary planning for New Orleans Louisiana and assistance with the change in form of government for Cuyahoga County Ohio

-Serving as lead of the League’s research efforts and organizing and prioritizing necessary duties and activities-Designing and conducting surveys, researching and analyzing central issue areas, and providing general membership with comparative and explanatory data on municipal areas of interest-Developing white papers, fiscal notes, league legislative priority research, Cityscape articles, WebPages, and other communications vehicles as appropriate, to keep house and senate committees, general membership, and other stakeholders informed regarding policy matters-Presenting expert testimony to house and senate committees, individual legislators, other stake holders and interest groups on all municipal research and policy areas
