Leading commercial negotiations from the term sheet through the contract stage, ensuring agreements align with strategic objectives.2. Establishing investment policies to benchmark entry and exit points, leveraging analysis of market trends and residual value drivers.3. Overseeing aircraft market and economic analysis, including the evaluation of operating economics using the Direct Operating Cost (DOC) methodology.4. Conducting detailed analyses of Direct Maintenance Costs (DMC) to determine maintenance reserve targets that support the firm's portfolio strategy.5. Assessing aircraft appraisals, sales prices, and lease rates to benchmark and quantify fair market values, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
